SEA Coach Training for Leaders and Educators in Healthcare Pilot Program

Coaching is rapidly gaining ground as a key skill for healthcare leaders and educators and many physicians are looking for coach training opportunities. To meet this need and support its members, SEA has partnered with SeatteCoach^® to offer a pilot program - Coach Training for Leaders and Educators in Healthcare (CFLinHC). This 3-month practical online program offers SEA members the opportunity to learn key coaching skills and their application to leadership and education through a tried and tested program tailored to the unique needs of healthcare leaders and educators. 

Course Dates

• Week 1: Saturday January 13, 2024 (3 1/2 hr. online webinar)
• Week 5: Saturday February 10, 2024 (3 hr. online webinar)
• Week 9: Saturday March 16, 2024 (3 hr. online webinar)

AND

• Bi-weekly small group meetings to be held in between the main webinars.
• The main webinars will be recorded in case a participant has to miss one.
