SEA members are invited and encouraged to submit workshops for the 2020 Spring Meeting to be held May 8-10, 2020 at the Lowes Philadelphia Hotel in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In developing workshop proposals, SEA members must review the overall theme and educational goals of the meeting for which they are submitting their workshop.

Workshop Submission Process
All workshop submissions must be completed in full and uploaded to the SEA website or sent to Monique Gamache at [email protected]. All workshop submissions must be received by the deadline: August 31, 2019. Workshops submitted after the deadline or via any other method will not be considered.
Workshop submissions will be reviewed by the meeting chair(s) and members of the SEA Committee on Educational Meetings. It is anticipated that workshop leaders will be notified that their workshop has been accepted around October 1, 2019.
Workshop submissions sent back to presenters for revision must resubmit with the revisions included by September 16, 2019.
