2025 New Program Director Workshop
This workshop spanning two 90-minute sessions will provide new program directors, associate program directors, and those starting new programs with advice from veteran program directors. Topics will include recruitment strategies, onboarding, general program administration, resident professional development, program brand development and common problems encountered by program directors. You do not have to reinvent the wheel! Learn from peers and experts in this interactive session that will help you start this new part of your career on the best possible footing and help prepare you for success.

Program Administration Demonstrate understanding of annual program administration requirements by identifying key components of the ACGME Annual Data System (ADS) and drafting a basic framework for the Annual Program Evaluation (APE) and construct a timeline and process for conducting semi-annual CCC and PEC meetings, including integration of milestone assessments and their application in ADS reporting. |
